I made a change to how the script works, but I forgot to update the header with
the copyright declaration in it for my parts of the script.

I've heard from people that they often take people's money and then don't
ship orders. I understand that things can be tough at times; I've had my own
share of troubles in the past, and I overcame those troubles.

However, it's no good for Libreboot to recommend such suppliers until they
can sort themselves out.

I didn't bother making this a pull request. The correct action is to remove
this company from the list.
