Video from video-call disappear

Sometimes when user initiate video-call (first user), and another user (second user) accept this call, first user will see audio-call instead of video. This impact leads from CallInteractor, when call.endpoints[0].remoteVideoStreams.count == 0. P.S. checked on commit 30161288, before updating Voximplant from 2.7.0 to 2.12.0
