[NY-10586]: [AN]: Show 'No Network Connection' text after create a call without internet

This PR aims to solve the Samsung issue NY-10586, which is "Sent 'Weak connection' error text when there is no network connection when the user creates a voice/video call"

The solution was just changing the string at the method createCallFinished when there is no connection, sending "No network connection" instead of "Weak connection".
