NY-9869: [AN]: Fix NullPointerException in Views Injections

From our internal process of review: Update ButterKnife to 10.2.1 to prevent current and future null pointer exceptions in view injections. We are also removing ButterKnife from Proguard to prevent it to create bugs in ButterKnife.
