Now making sure the application is installed in a SW PDM vault. Also validates that the user has the right to use the application.

Added code to the delete button in frmMain. Added confirm messages. Also fixed the method 'DeleteMaterialType' in the class 'SQL' because it was not cleaning the table 'MaterialTypesAndFinishes'.

Set a specific title for each form. Interface content is updated when edits are done. Fill and update list on most of the forms.

Forms 'frmMaterialType' and 'frmMaterialTypes' haev most of the code done. Need to code the Delete button in 'frmMaterialTypes'.

SQL methods have been added to delete a finish and to get where a finish is used (which material types). Form 'frmFinishes' handles deleting finishes.
