added trigger on CA demote from in work to prepare and also fixed the program to point to the old zoox custom IMPL

Updated to move JPO code to ZOOX_MecCustomImpl_mxJPO.java to avoid getting it crushed by ZOOX development.

Added function to check for Change Control and remove it when removing an object from the proposed changes table on a CA.

Update PLM-1100/ZOOX_CustomImpl_mxJPO.java
