The user can now change other settings on this page as well.

Also removed the option to skip firmware flashing during sink/relay creation, as the new functionality makes it obsolete.

This skips the update check at startup.

Without this, the gateway will fail to start because it cannot detect the sink since it cannot access the serial port.

This must be done for sensor detection, encryption setup and others that
access the serial port, which obviously must not then be in use by the
gateway container.

It was just going to confuse the users.

When the GPIO jump wires are connected, one must use /dev/serial0 for
communication instead of /dev/ttyACM0. So we assume that they are
present when running this tool on RPi.
