Initial Setup (to be scripted)

Plugin Activation

  1. Activate IgnitionDeck Framework plugin
  2. Register IgnitionDeck
  3. Select "Ignition Commerce"
  4. Activate IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding plugin
  5. Validate License Key: db85ebe1ec62ce7b3ad23a8f7730abfdc72a8ec5
  6. Under General Settings: Uncheck “Ignition Deck Logo” and click “Update”
  7. Activate IgnitionDeck Commerce plugin
  8. Change IDCF Settings to “IgnitionDeck Commerce”
  9. Set General Settings

  11. Company Name: Blocpower
  12. Customer Service Email: me@iamwalker.com
  13. Check “Disable Wordpress Toolbar”
  14. Check “Terms on Checkout”
  15. Activate Krown Shortcodes
  16. Activate oAuth Twitter Feed for Developers
  17. Activate Akismet plugin
  18. Activate SendGrid plugin
  19. Select API in SendGrid settings and enter "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"

Site Settings

  • Set “Site Title” to “Blocpower”
  • Check “Anyone can register”
  • Set “Permalink Settings” “Common Settings” select “Post Name” and save

Pages

  • Remove “Sample Page”
  • Create Checkout Page
  • Create new page named “Checkout”
  • Add [ project_purchase_form ] to the body of the page and “Publish”
  • Go to IDCF Project Settings and
  • set the default purchase page to “Checkout”
  • Uncheck “Automatically insert project template”
  • Create “Discover” page
  • Add Discover to menu
  • Create “Home” page
  • Go to Settings>Reading and set the “Home” page as the Front Page

  • Activate the “Backer” Theme
  • Remove the WP default “Hello World” post
  • Create Header Navigation
  • Rename Menu Name to “Header Navigation”
  • Remove “Sample Page” menu item
  • Remove “Dashboard” menu item
  • Remove “Membership Registration” menu item
  • Click “Create Menu”
  • Check “Primary Navigation” under “Menu Settings”
  • Create “Discover” menu
  • Create “Blog” menu
  • Create “About Us” menu
  • Add “Contact Us” & “Team” as children
  • Click “Save Menu”
  • Create Footer Menus
  • Create Footer Menu’s 1, 2 & 3
  • Got to Appearance>Customize
  • Add Footer Menu #1 as Footer’s first widget area
  • Add Footer Menu #2 as Footer’s second widget area
  • Add Footer Menu #3 as Footer’s third widget area
  • Insert last 3 blog posts widget
  • Add Copyright as Footer’s first bottom area
  • Add Sitemap as Footer’s second bottom area
  • Go to Appearance>Customize and add logos and favicons
  • Set logo size as 200px x 40px

  • Enable Stripe
  • Check “Enable HTTPS”
  • Enter keys

Creating a Project

  • Create a Project
  • Create a Product
  • Enter “Product Name” that is the same as the “Project Name”
  • Check “Allow Multiples”
  • Click “Create”
  • Associate the Project with the Product
