BlocLink integration

Need to start from scratch to install the dev development, to test this PR.

  1. First, make sure your development folder is on BlocLink-integration branch, then git pull.
  2. Next, remove microservices and libraries folders.
  3. Start re-installation by following dev repo README.
  4. Last, load http://0.0.0.0:5501/buildings/451983/envelope/ on your browser to see if envelop page loads successfully.

In the future, we'll improve the setup script to allow automatic installation of new service without reinstallation the entire environment.
