View, Control, and Monitor Multiple Simulations in Dashboard

This PR allows Dashboard users to run multiple EnergyPlus simulations with Dashboard using different u-value parameters, monitor their progress, and view the results of different saved simulations.

Follow the instructions in https://github.com/blocp/development/pull/29 to test it.
