Fix Building Search Broken Issue

Building search is not working due to a naming conflict between search bar and buildings container. This PR fixes the conflict by renaming the action names in search bar container.

This update is to fix following Jira issue: Building Search Broken

How to test:

  1. Go to dashboard folder on your local machine
  2. Run git chekcout -b BuildingSearchIssue
  3. Run git pull origin BuildingSearchIssue
  4. Refresh dashboard buildings page on your local machine
  5. Search for some building by inputting different filter data
