Clean up, organize and rename components & containers

Removed App container, BuildingListItem component and renamed BuildingList -> BuildingListTable and Homepage -> BuildingList.

Add env vars of REACT_APP_BUILDING_SERVICE (building service url) and REACT_APP_KEY (app key of buildings)
