Dashb 557 boiler display

Please review https://github.com/Blocp/dashboard/pull/198 first

You'll need to update a sensor instal page with boiler ids.

I made one with:

gateway id: 512322 gateway serial: 0007D142 node id: 581048 channel 1 id: 354025 channel 2 id: 354026 channel 3 id: 354027 channel 4 id: 354028

Note that 354026 (channel 2) is not pushing any data (channel down I guess) and that all of these channels only started pushing data yesterday
