Hit Component and dummy routes

  • Hit component can now approve and reject hits.
  • Add dummy routes for building detail page.
  • Add screens folder which holds layout components.
  • Add 404 component.

Depends on buildingservice/pull/10 and should be merged after buildings/pull/12.

In the future the turk hit will probably made into a separate container.
