Delete old income_statement functions, and the test files

Delete old income statement functions. Now all Income Statement related codes are in /financial_lib.py Two classes, and the methods do everything @adarsh-murthy need for current front end. @adarsh-murthy : I also created a guide for front end development, at the end of financial_lib file. Hope that helps.
