Revenue calculation for multifamilty it is capped by rent/unitunitsoccupancy rate. Can't simply use growth rate, need to consider occupancy.
From real due diligence perspective, we need to find out if the building owner lies. We look at Balance Sheet, determine its liability and debt service, and compare with reported liability items.
