Growth Rate stored in database in 100x

A long-term solution for this issue should be storing actual value in DB, rater than 100x growth_rate. DB > financialInputs_growthrate table, make field growth_rate numeric (8,4) or (10,4), which can store growth rate as accurate as 4.25% == 0.0425
