Landing page for blocnote for a building. To access this page, go to: http://127.0.0.1:8000/buildings/<building_id>/ and you will see a table with options to go to the inputs page or preliminary analysis page. This table doesn't let you go to preliminary analysis page if you haven't completed the inputs page. It even shows what has not been filled in. There is a link in both inputs and preliminary analysis page to go back to this landing page.
