Issue:
- BI-1325 "Other" answer id typo
Description:
- Changed the id from 7 to 33
- solves the issues listed here
Test:
- Pull from this branch and this bpengine branch
- Select others as fuel type in Church BIS
- In report it should be others instead of I'm not sure as a fuel type
Note:
- None
