Bi 1299 missing church type for referred user

Goal:

  • Fix the missing church type error for the referred user.
  • Making sure that we submit both questions(Building type and Church building type) when the referred user will click on the continue button on the Church building type page.

Tests:

  • Pull and initiate the survey.
  • Send a referral to yourself by selecting on the I am not sure as building heating type.
  • Check your email and click on the link.
  • It should be:
 localhost:3000/?ref_id=<uuid>
  • You should submit the survey without any error.

Note: See staging to reproduce the error.

Issue(s):

  • BI-1299 For the referred user ChurchBuildingType is missing.
