BI-1206 Loop questionnaire - New or existing building

Test:

  • Pull from this branch, initiate the survey
  • Select worship building type, answer all the questions
  • On review page, click on "+Add another building" button
  • Click on "existing building address button" on add new building page
  • Navigate to see if everything works fine
  • Then search for a new address, click to continue
  • See if you are able to submit the questionnaire

Issues:
