BI-1213 Add buttons to thanks and grats page

Test:

  • Pull from this branch, initiate the survey
  • select worship building type, answer all the questions
  • On review page, see if two buttons show up: "+Add another building" and "I'm done"
  • Click on "+Add another building" button, see if it redirects you to "Add new building" page
  • Do the same process again
  • In the end, click on "I'm done" button, see if the window got closed

Issues:

  • BI-1213 Loop Questionnaire - Add buttons to thanks and grats page

Notes:

  • Currently add new building page functionality is still under development & testing
