Add the logic for rendering the thank you page for Oakland

Thank you page for Oakland

Goal:

  • Updating the content for the success/thank you page for the Oakland surveys.
  • The content should be similar to Milwaukee's success page with Oakland-specific email ID.

Test:

  • Pull and initiate the survey for any valid Oakland building.
  • Check the success/thank you page.
  • It should be:
Thank You!
