Bi 961 continue button for building search

Goal:

  • Style updates for few pages in tablet and mobile view.
  • Continue button's location change in the address search page.

Test:

  • Pull and see the difference.

Issues: BI-683 BIS - NYC option icons are too big in tablet/phone version BI-961 Continue button should appear below the building search bar(Red arrow). Continue button should also be centered beneath the search bar.
