Adding new building types

Goal: We are adding two building types:

  1. Religious
  2. Other

Test:

  • Pull and start the survey for valid Oakland/Milwaukee building.
  • You should see religious and other as building types.
  • These types will not have any building subtype.
  • Pull from Bloclink PR.
  • Now, there should not be any network error in any case.
