Building Type Subtype Page Changes

Change UI and show tooltip

Goal:

  • Add tooltip in:
    • Building Type Subtype page
    • Cooling system type page

Test:

  • Start the survey for any valid building from Milwaukee or Oakland.
  • See the changes in the What type of building do you own? page.
  • Building types should display the description in the tooltip.
  • On the cooling system type page, the description is added for VRF & PTAC units.

Issues: BI-857 BIS - Oakland/Milwaukee - On Hover explanation stopped working in building type BI-862 BIS - Milwaukee - Add a description for the cooling system.
