Thank you page - Dynamic Content

This PR will affect the content of Thank you page depending on 3 scenarios.

  1. Building type is SingleFamily and the user has joined our waitlist
  2. Building type is SingleFamily but the user has not joined our waitlist
  3. Any other building type or other surveys.

Issue fixed: BI-666 BIS-Single Family - Wait List-Thank You Page - Copy Change
