Add tooltip for MUSH

This PR is for adding the description in the tooltip for the MUSH type of buildings.

Test:

  • Pull and run BIS.
  • Insert any Oakland address.
  • In the first question hover over a MUSH and check the description in the tooltip.

Note:

  • If needed descriptions can be added in the array for other types of buildings as well.

Issue fixed:

  • BI-688 BIS - Building Type Question - User should be able to see a description of the building type on hover
