Heat Load Module

Heat Load Model Overview

The heat load model allows us to generate heat load scenario's which have hour and monthly heat loss data based of building data acquired by the engineers and from online sources / API's.

Heat Load Scenario

Zones

The number of zones per scenario can vary.

Each zone has an indoor desired temperature when occupied and a set point temperature that is the minimum temperature allowed by the system when building is not occupied.

#General Zone Dimensions and Parameters Height of Zone Floor Area Volume of Zone Floor Perimeter Is Zone Below Depth Percentage Below Grade

#Component Dimensions Current Orientation: North, East, West, South Door (1 per Orientation) Window (1 per Orientation)

#U Factor Infiltration Ceiling Door Wall(One per orientation) Window(One per orientation)

Calculations

Hourly and Monthly Heat loss from components. ceiling, door, wall, north window, south window, east window, west window, total window, floor, infiltration, and total.

User Interface

In our Input GUI for the heat loss scenarios we first specify the number of zones.
