[Feature Request] Skip previously downloaded files

I typically download files but then move them to a different folder or computer. I add a lot of tracks to my primary playlist so it would be great to be able to put in that same playlist every time and only get the new tracks. Is there any way Deemix could keep track of all downloads and skip if it's previously been downloaded? Maybe by playlist, or globally?
