deemix-pyweb.exe detected as malware by Windows Defender

Since last release downloaded from Telegram, I see many alerts from Windows Defender when I want to extract zip files containing Deemix-pyweb. I went to virustotal and this is what it returns :

Shoud be worried about that ?!
